The Periodic Review Report (PRR) is a required document due five years after submission of the self-study and reaffirmation of accreditation. This midpoint status report provides a "retrospective, current, and prospective analysis of the institution."
At this phase of the accreditation cycle, the PRR is expected to demonstrate the institution's progress toward meeting the recommended goals of the 2012 Middle States Accreditation report by way of a summary of accomplishments made in the five years since the Middle States review and a summary of strategic plans spanning the five years before the next Middle States review.
The University of Pittsburgh's Periodic Review Report was submitted to the Middle States Commission on Higher Education in June 2017.
