Getting Started with Pathways
Whether you are new to the university or your department is new to Navigate360/Pathways, you may need training at different points in the year and in different formats. The Introduction to Pathways resources below, along with monthly Zoom sessions, provide an overview of the platform’s core features, resources, and best practices.
In addition to these live sessions, users have access to a growing collection of on-demand training materials. This includes best practice resources and how-to documents and videos meant to help staff and faculty feel confident in their use of Pathways to support student success. This approach allows individuals to access support when needed while also giving departments the flexibility to incorporate Pathways training resources into their own staff onboarding processes.
