Pitt launched the pilot for Pathways in Fall 2018 with incoming freshmen classes in the School of Nursing and the Swanson School of Engineering. Additional features were released in subsequent semesters and expanded to all undergraduate advisor populations on the Pittsburgh and Regional campuses. The Pathways Expert Working Group consists of members appointed by leadership of each advising center, regional campus, and select departments who see a high volume of students. The group works together to share ideas and to advance the strategic use of Pathways at the departmental levels and across the University.
