During the suspension of on-campus classes, the Pitt Interprofessional Center for Health Careers will continue to hold advising sessions for pre-health students, but these sessions now will be conducted remotely.
Students will be contacted individually by their advisor in order to make alternate arrangements—such as through telephone calls and videoconferencing—to meet. Any student that is unable to reach their advisor should e-mail the Center at PICHC@pitt.edu.
We thank you for your patience and understanding during this uncommon set of circumstances.
About PIC Health Careers
The Pitt Interprofessional Center for Health Careers (PIC Health Careers) will be one of the first of its kind devoted to undergraduate health and pre-health interprofessional education, establishing a preeminent educational and advising infrastructure to support undergraduate students interested in health sciences fields.
With a focus on the undergraduate student community, the center will build upon and present them with the strong interprofessional working relationships already in place at the graduate professional level (e.g., Working Group on Interprofessional Education, Center for Interprofessional Practice and Education), as well as relationships with the profession-specific schools and programs.
