RE: Honors Convocation and Academic Honor Roll 2004

Our annual Honors Convocation will be held on Friday, February 27, 2004. In order to facilitate the preparation of the information that appears in the program and on the Academic Honor Roll, eligibility guidelines and preparation and submission instructions are attached. All information requires verification by the Dean/Campus President/Senior Administrator, who is responsible for review and verification of all submissions on a copy that is to be retained in the unit’s files; administrative review and approval must be indicated in a statement in the body of the e-mail that transmits the electronic data to the Office of the Provost. In addition, please provide the name, telephone number, and e-mail of the person in your area who can respond to questions regarding the information and who will review galley proofs prior to the final program printing.

All information regarding students and faculty to be honored this year should be submitted via e-mail to the Office of the Provost (c/o Mrs. Linda Wykoff) not later than Monday, January 5, 2004. I ask your full cooperation in ensuring that this deadline is met. Due to the short production schedule, information received after the deadline may not be able to be included in the program.
