The Vice Provost for Academic Planning and Resources Management is responsible for the coordination of academic planning within the University and its integration with resource allocation and is the University Privacy and Security Officer. Resource allocation entails management of budgets, space, and capital planning within the Provost’s Area, including academic and student life activities.
The Vice Provost of Academic Planning and Resources Management's overall responsibility is to ensure that the University’s strategic goals are advanced through the efficient use of its varied resources. The position also entails oversight of academic issues involving student athletes.
