How the Office of Faculty Records Serves You
1. Information and processing of all tuition benefits for faculty members, spouses, and dependent children attending Pitt, Falk School, and outside institutions.

2. Authorize ID card applications for Retired Faculty Members, Chaplains, Emeritus Faculty, and Faculty Family Members, which then are processed at Panther Central (formerly the ID Center) in the Main Towers Lobby.
3. Process letters of appointment and all changes reflecting a faculty member’s University status, after the Dean’s Office submits the necessary paperwork.
4. Tuition Exchange Program: The Office of Admissions and Financial Aid administers the Tuition Exchange program. The list of participating schools and application forms for this program can be obtained at the following link:http://www.pitt.edu/~oafa/te.html. Please call 412-624-7192 for more information.
5. Requests to confidentially review a faculty member’s own University personnel file should be submitted to the Office of Faculty Records; please call 412-624-4232 to request the application or reference should be made directly to University Policy and Procedure 07-06-05, Access to Employee Personnel File for further information.
